They Did What!

On Friday, 10 June 2005 the  Development Control Committee of Worthing Borough Council met in the Assembly Hall to consider the Outline Planning Application to develop land for residential (up to 875 units), recreational, retail, community, and education purposes and so called 'improvement' works at Titnore lane, West Durrington with the construction of a new access from Titnore lane, access via Fulbeck Avenue and up to 100 dwellings served off Tasman Way......and approved it. 

However due to confusion surrounding the status of the Lane it has taken until March 2006 to finally grant outline permission.
