The Final Act

With the developerís application to build within the ancient woodlands refused, on Saturday April 9 and Sunday April 10, 2011 and with the help of the woodland protectors, many of them highly skilled Climbers from many parts of Europe the remains of Camp Titnore, Titnore Woods, West Durrington were taken down.

On the Saturday night there was an evening of acoustic music in the woods - now saved from the axe - a fitting time for friends old and new to celebrate the power people have when they stand firm against injustice.

Regular inspections have taken place to ensure the woodland fully recovered from the 6 years of human occupation and today, Friday, 14 April 2017 the woodland is as it always was before the developersí nasty plan.
